Whether you recently started your relationship or navigating many years of marriage, I believe you have the power to heal, mend, strengthen and revitalize your relationship. Having been married for 32 years. I am "red bull" excited to show you how it is done.
I offer coaching sessions where I guide couples through communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and ways to rebuild emotional intimacy. I provide education to couples on the concept of love languages and help them discover each other's primary love languages. I also teach the Gottman Four Horsemen Concepts and Antidotes for stopping them.
I understand how it feels to drift apart from the person you love. As a matter of fact, research says that a couple stay romantically in love for an average of two years. Then you have to find ways to gain understanding and acceptance of each other differences. I offer you a safe space to explore your feelings and reignite the passion you once shared.
