As a dad, I know Fatherhood can be lonely, but it doesn’t have to be a maze of stress and uncertainty. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by new responsibilities or unsure how to stay connected with your partner amidst the chaos, I’m here to help. The early stages of parenting are often full of joy, but they can also strain your relationship, shifting focus away from romance and connection. It's possible to find each other again at such a tumultuous time.
Through our sessions, we’ll explore how to stay present and emotionally engaged as a couple, so you can experience this new phase without losing the spark that brought you together in the first place. We 'll work together to make sure you thrive in the early years of parenthood by reconnecting with your partner and enjoying the adventure as a team.
