We specialize in trauma-informed and strength-based therapy for issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and loss/grief. We also provide neurodiversity-affirming assessments for Autism and ADHD. Our team comprises psychologists with marginalized identities, and we welcome racial, ethnic, gender, sexual, spiritual, neuro, and body diversity.
We offer individual, couples, and family therapy. Our cuturally-sensitive evaluation/assessment includes ADHD and Autisms. We are guests of Kumeyaay land, which is now called San Diego, California. We provide therapy and assessment in person at this location. We are providing treatment and psychological evaluations via teletherapy to anyone in CA.
