Groups
Teen Support Group: Coping w/ Anxiety & Depression
Virtual teen support group starting in June 2022. Two separate groups to accommodate teens 13-15 and 16-18 years old. A support group for teens struggle with depression, anxiety, and emotional distress. Group will run for 8 sessions, every Thursday. $37.50/session, (must pay for all 8), accepted insurances are Aetna, Cigna and Anthem. We have offices throughout San Diego County (In La Mesa, Rancho Bernardo, and Central San Diego near Clairmont/PB) as well as in Ventura, and we offer teletherapy to clients throughout California.
