Most of us would like to lead beautiful lives, but beauty is an elusive dance partner for the individual who is holding anger and resentment. I offer an individual anger management class. (The Pinnacle Center also offers a group class online.) The class I offer is designed for individuals who want to take the class in-person or who prefer an individual setting as opposed to a group. Since it is an individual program, I can design the individual class to meet the particular needs and schedule of the person enrolling. This individual anger management class is designed to be equivalent to a a 12-week group anger management class.
Dr. Thorn is a trusted professional in the Southern Maryland Community, with over 20 years as an anger management. Dr. Thorn is able to draw on his professional training & experience to tailor the individual class to meet the particular needs that an individual or couple may be facing. Another upside, is that the scheduling is flexible.
Your time is valuable. Adding an anger management class to a busy life may seem like just another chore.
