I am a passionate and devoted advocate for mental health. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I aim to help clients through challenges and always approach therapy and the therapeutic relationship from a position of empathy and understanding. I believe that all clients have a unique life story and that it is within this story that healing begins. I have experience treating a range of presenting problems, including, but not limited to, anxiety and panic, grief work/loss, mood disorders, behavioral problems, family issues, and trauma recovery. I offer individual psychotherapy sessions utilizing a wide range of interventions, tailored to your unique presenting problem.

Whatever issues you bring into therapy will be validated, respected, and I will strive to understand them in order to best help you.
