As humans, we are always changing. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and couples who are ready to take charge of their own change; those who want to ensure that they are getting closer to the best version of themselves. Too often, we feel that the world has taken control over us, and our story is being written for us. However, I do not believe that this has to be the case; you CAN take back your life, and I am excited to partner with you on that journey!

With experience counseling in a middle school, a college counseling center, private practice settings, and teaching college level psychology courses, I am passionate about helping you gain insights and tools to assist you on your journey. While we all need a space to 'vent' every now and again, I will also be there to provide expert guidance and input.
