Over time, hiding becomes an instinctual way of trying to remain safe. This results in a pattern of self-doubt, anger, and exhaustion as you try to fit into a world that doesn’t understand your unique needs.

I will help you become more aware of your innate worth and gifts. Together, we will explore how you can authentically communicate your needs by slowing down, reflecting, and facing fears of rejection. By exploring the feelings and fears that cause you to hide your true self, you will discover your innate worth to remove the masks of shame and self-doubt.

In a session, I will bring awareness to emergent feelings, sensations, somatic expressions, and shifts in energy through experiments.
