Each individual's path is unique, so I offer a diverse range of therapeutic modalities that we can explore together to build you a tool kit tailored to meet your specific needs. My specialties include a Psychodynamic approach (looking at our unconscious), CBT, IFS methods, family Genograms, Grief work, Art therapy, Play Therapy with Jungian Sand tray.
