Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse
A group for adults with lived experience as women, who have survived childhood sexual abuse. Applications taken on an ongoing basis, until enough members are confirmed. Group meets for 8-12 weeks, depending on time of year and members' availability. My professional therapy dog will attend sessions to help us feel safe and comfortable. Timing to be decided based on all members' schedules. Members set the agenda with guidance. Typically we share stories and support as well as discuss issues like trauma in children, impact on family, dealing with blame, anger and other emotions, healing, the legal system, etc.

Teen Sex Assault Survivors' Group
Are you looking to support a teen who has been through rape, sexual abuse, dating abuse, or similar experiences? I run small (4-6 member) groups each fall/winter and winter/spring. Timing to be decided based members' availability. My professional therapy dog may attend sessions to help us feel safe and comfortable. We'll set the agenda together, based on members' needs. Agenda typically includes dealing with loved ones, dealing with big emotions (shame, anger, and fear, etc.), how/when to share, what healing looks like, the legal system, and more.

Adult Sex Assault Survivors' Group
A group for anyone with lived experience as a woman, who has been through sexual assault, sexual abuse, or a related experience. Applications taken on an ongoing basis, until enough members are confirmed. Group meets for 10 weeks. My professional therapy dog will (hopefully) attend some sessions to help us feel safe and comfortable. Timing to be decided based on all members' schedules. We'll set the agenda together. Usually it covers dealing with work, family, and friends, sharing stories and support, understanding trauma, dealing with blame, anger, fear and other reactions, and learning how to start healing.
