I aim to help my clients with self-improvement and finding better ways to cope with life. I think a lot of of my clients typically want peace in their lives and that there are roadblocks that rise up that prevents it from forming. I also offer supportive counseling towards trauma history if you feel comfortable doing the deeper work with me.
I use an integrative approach of CBT, DBT and am trained in EMDR. Our treatment focus can focus on skill development to aid with stress management and/or more exploratory work pertaining to processing life experiences, past, etc. Building a great relationship with you is the best way we can do great work together!
