If you are experiencing feelings of not being good enough, worried about living up to others’ expectations, or even feeling disconnected from yourself and others - I am here to help.

I use a mind-body approach and consider the complex impact of trauma on an individual's well-being and how it shapes a person's ability to cope. I help you build insight about unhelpful patterns that are showing up in your life, provide tools to release what's no longer serving you, so you can then create and navigate a more self-aware and fulfilling life.

I have learned that self-compassion will hold spaces for even my darkest moments, and one of my greatest passions is guiding others how to apply this daily practice within their own lives. As a holistic therapist, I help you create a life that feels nourishing again.
