I help people to get clear with their emotions. I start this process by getting curious with you about what is currently happening in your thoughts, feelings, and in your life. My way of working is supportive, compassionate, and aims to get at the root of things, so that you can navigate through life with more ease and an increasing sense of wholeness. I work with adults of all genders and racial identities, who want or need to honor themselves more, and are ready to be or are already on a healing path.
My therapeutic approach blends mindfulness-based techniques and self-compassion teachings, with a profound respect for what the body is saying in the present moment. My clinical training is psychodynamic and systems-based. As psychedelic integration specialist, I provide a safe space to process, explore, and reflect on psychedelic experiences.
I firmly believe that everyone can heal with awareness and intention. I think the main reason we experience mental health issues is to become more conscious of feelings we've ignored that need to be honored in our lives. I don't discriminate against anyone.
