When I have couples and individuals reach out to me they are often experiencing some of the most difficult times in their lives. One of my first jobs is to help instill hope that things can be different in their lives and that counseling can help their lives change for the better. I am understanding of many people's initial skepticism as I work with people, often couples, who have had one or more failed counseling experiences. I am always pleased to see how couples and individuals make progress with me in the places that they had struggled in the past.

I offer a range of therapy services including, couple/marriage counseling, premarital counseling, and individual therapy.As a therapist, I work with couples and individuals who struggle with a wide range of concerns and problems some include: relationship problems, affairs, depression, anxiety, struggles coping with trauma, parenting problems. etc.
