As a dynamic therapist, I help clients transform their lives by developing insight into their unconscious conflicts and interpersonal patterns. I draw from evidence-based practices that reduce anxiety and increase agency, insight and self-esteem.
I am a psychoanalytic therapist with clinical experience at the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center in New York, and a researcher published in the Columbia Social Work Review.
