I work with adults who have grown cynical, hopeless, burned out, and tired of the never-ending cycle of addiction, distraction, malaise, and who have a restless desire to break free from the status quo. You may have almost given up, but you're holding onto hope that there's still a reason to keep trying to find another way out of this muck. I use a deep listening and empathetic approach to help you identify core patterns of behaviors and beliefs which block you from fully experiencing your authentic inner self. I integrate techniques from Existential, Humanist, Adlerian, and Reality-Choice Theories. I help clients experiment with fully appreciating their present moment experiences as they are.
My goal is to help you find new ways to restore your sense of self and purpose and find joy again or maybe for the first time.
