I'm not where I want or need to be. Where do I even begin? I seem to be the only one that struggles. Why can't I fit in? Maybe I just need to try harder or maybe I'll just numb out to it all. My focus is on helping you understand why you are the way you are. We will unpack your present day struggles and start looking for the "why" behind some of your stuck areas in your life. A lot of times, looking back into your story, into the way you experienced and learned about how life works helps us pinpoint ways to help you intervene differently today.
