As a Christian professional, I believe there is a source of support more powerful than our five senses perceive. When we tap into this spiritual resource, the healing process can be vastly improved. My goal is to assist clients in developing their spirituality as they feel inspired and have an additional resource for improved health.
I have experience dealing with anxiety, depression, domestic violence, co-dependency and trauma. I also have a passion for women's issues. Many women struggle with guilt and shame; are overwhelmed with caring for their families and sometimes neglect themselves. I stress the importance of self care through developing assertiveness and healthy boundaries.
