Seeking help is a daunting task and finding the right person to assist you on your journey is equally difficult. At Radnor Therapy, I guide clients and/or families toward emotional efficacy. I assist clientele in coping with emotional stress, mental health, or addiction issues, through coaching and therapy. I have over 30 years of experience working with clients and families dealing with mental health and substance abuse/addiction. If I can't help, I'll connect you with someone who can. Having founded Adolescent Advocates in 2005 and sold in 2023, I have faced extreme adversity with great success and connected with many colleagues.
Certifications in Addiction, ADHD, EMDR, and Business Leadership from Harvard. Our team keeps up on continuing education far beyond the necessary benchmarks. We use evidence based therapies: CBT, DBT, EMDR, MI. I have team members that have different areas of expertise. and ages to meet all generational needs.
Coping with mental health/addiction issues in an affluent area is complicated. Our local team, familiar with the unique stressors, collaborates with you in therapy.
