Sustainable change takes time and it has been well-known for years that the most important component of this change is the therapeutic relationship. Licensed to treat both mental health and substance use issues, I use a nonjudgmental, collaborative approach, and believe strongly that my clients are the experts of their own lives. Sometimes we just need help finding our way, and I am here to walk with you on that difficult journey. Our relationship will serve as the North Star.
Using an eclectic approach that combines traditional talk therapy with modern body-based modalities, I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, alcohol or drug misuse, as well as trauma. I am trained in Brainspotting, a powerful therapy that allows for deeper access to and healing of unprocessed trauma.
I believe that the relationship between myself and my clients is the most important part of getting and staying well – psychologically, emotionally and physically. Whether in person or online, my space offers a safe and comforting break from the chaos of the world. I am looking forward to welcoming you, hearing your story and helping you find your way.
