I specialize in Anxiety, Stress, Phobias, Panic Disorder, Mood Struggles, Adult ADHD, Adjustment/Life Transitions, & Self-esteem issues. I have a specialty in working with Young Adults, College and Graduate students, and Professionals. I also assist those that are navigating a new job endeavor!
