I specialize in Trauma Informed Assessment and Crisis Counseling and provide a safe, open, non-judgmental environment. I am trained and certified in the following modalities: Basic ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and more. All of these are research-based modalities. I will gladly make necessary adjustments in treatment as needed.
