I specialize in treating Gen Z, Millennial & Gen X women who want to "do deeper work", sifting through past experiences together and how it affects them today. Clients have described me as authentic, easy-to-talk-to, and warm. I treat a variety of mood disorders including depression and anxiety, and obsessive thoughts. Together, we'll create a nonjudgmental environment in which you can explore your values and goals, while learning how to be more self-compassionate. I am the owner of our small, personal telehealth practice, Warmth Counseling - welcome!
In our collaborative relationship, you will feel supported in your self-reflection and motivated to replace counterproductive patterns with more helpful thoughts that align with your values (what you care deep inside.) I practice CBT (replacing unhelpful thoughts), ACT (living a values-based life), and mindfulness techniques.
I truly enjoy my work and believe that we all have a natural tendency towards growth if our strengths are uncovered & encouraged. All of our therapists offer complimentary calls/"vibe-checks", during which we discuss your goals, whether they are broad or specific.
