From years of specialized training and being a mom, I've gained a love for supporting perinatal women and people and their support personnel. As an Army Veteran, I enjoy supporting service members and dependents. And Eco. Sustainability and goal-setting are other favorite focuses.

GROUP CURRENTLY ON HOLD- This is a closed, online group designed for all women or womxn, including those with children, looking for a safe place to be supported and empowered as their wonderfully beautiful selves and a place to learn about ways to empower all other women. Push Thru Mom Support Group (drop in)
This Mother Peer Support Group is a safe place for moms of kids 3-and-under from all walks of life to drop in and receive support from mama peers and professional guidance as needed. This virtual, bi-weekly group will focus on helping moms understand that they are not alone while providing space to process needs and ask questions, even the ones believed to be silly and scary. Messy hair, comfy clothes, and non-mobile babies are all welcome! Each group will include a mindfulness strategy teaching to help calm the stress that often comes with being a mom.
