This may be in maternal mental health, or in managing challenging situations or behaviors. I also offer holistic practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and yoga.
I will create a safe and judgement-free space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences in order to create healthier ways to respond to life stressors and develop tools to improve self-esteem, increase self-awareness, and maintain positive relationships. I provide an eclectic & holistic approach that is rooted in attachment theory.
