While experiencing the effects of suffering is inevitable, I believe we are not meant to find healing alone, but in safe relationships. I love to help hurting people find real healing using the tools and skills that my degree and hundreds of hours of experience counseling others has blessed me with. I'd love to hear your story, too! I have worked with men and women, adolescents, teens, and adults. My areas of experience include, but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, eating disorders, Trauma, sexual wholeness/pornography addiction, family of origin issues and estrangement, and a variety of couples counseling concerns.
My focus in the room is to provide a safe, compassion filled, confidential space for people to share their problems and past experiences. I can help you explore and understand your emotions and actions instead of feeling controlled by them. I am skilled in a variety of therapeutic modalities effective for depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma.
