I have 10 years of experience helping clients reduce or stop suicidal, self harm, sexual acting out, drug or alcohol and toxic relationship behaviors. My goal is to help my clients reach a life worth living, meet life on life's terms, enjoy successes and negotiate problems with self respect and confidence. I work with a DBT Consultation Team to adhere to researched and proven treatment. I engage in ongoing clinical training and use a team approach in working with my clients. The mix of DBT Skills Class, individual DBT sessions, and phone skills coaching gives clients a greater chance of success.
I bring adherent adult DBT to the north east Gwinnett, Barrow and Forsythe counties. I am convenient to Buford, Suwannee, Sugar Hill, Lawrenceville, Braselton, Dacula, Winder, and Hamilton Mill areas.

Adult DBT Skills
This group teaches and helps clients rehearse DBT skills of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Communication. This group is designed to be taken while you are in individual therapy. We are currently seeking new clients to start a summer group.
