My comfortable private office is collaborative in nature. I am creative and intuitive when working with clients' needs and goals. Some approaches I use most are CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), narrative, psychodynamic, existential, ACT, and mindfulness. I like to incorporate expressive modalities, such as art or music, as well.
