This has led to a rise in depression/anxiety, substance abuse, marital/relationship issues, and other difficulties. I am skilled at alleviating these symptoms and have been successful in working with individuals, couples, children/adolescents, and families of all ages backgrounds.

I have specialty training in Somatic Psychotherapy to treat Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD. I also have expertise in Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, and Adolescent Therapy.
I have worked in the Recovery Field for over a decade, serving as the lead Family Therapist at Passages Malibu for 8 years. As an Adoptee, I also work with those healing from adoption. I am skilled at inner child work, using Bradshaw's work with other empowering methods.
