Mindfulness-based CBT allows clients to find peace within themselves through grounding. This heightened awareness of self enables us to live in accordance with our values even in the face of opposition.
In addition, motivational interviewing is used to ensure the counselor-client relationship is based on the elements the client would like to address. I have 10 plus years of experience working with adults and families with various challenges including; mood disorders, grief, family issues, self-esteem, stress management, personal growth, etc.
