My belief is that if we can change the way we think, we can change the way we feel. As a relatable and intuitive therapist, my primary goal of treatment is to provide you with an exploratory environment that will facilitate you in understanding your current thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and how they affect your daily life and general sense of self. I enjoy working closely with individuals who know what they want out of therapy and who understand that this process can be a journey. I specialize in issues related to people who are seeking to improve their general perception of self and life direction, navigating a major transition, or are looking for general coping skills to life stressors. I truly
believe there's no such thing as an insignificant issue, so if there's something on your mind, let's sift through it! I work remotely and currently, I am accepting both in and out-of-network insurance and self-pay clients on a sliding scale basis. We file claims for both in and out-of-network so either way, you get an in-network and affordable experience.
