I am a certified DBT therapist, a skill-based therapy designed to help those living with overwhelming emotions and harmful behavior patterns. I am trained in DBT for Adults, Adolescents (DBT-A), Children (DBT-C), Eating Disorders, and Trauma (DBT-PE) as well as in EMDR and Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE) for Trauma.
