In therapy, I strive to create an environment where every client feels seen, heard & understood. I want to walk alongside you and be a support for whatever you need. Those areas can include: developing new mental health tools to improve quality of life, exploring hard issues, creating a healthier family or relationship dynamic, processing trauma through EMDR, conquering anxiety or OCD through ERP, grieving past experiences or relationships or simply a place to learn more about yourself. I am only accepting ERP clients at this time as my EMDR caseload is full.

I have special experience in EMDR- trauma therapy. EMDR is an evidence based therapy to treat PTSD symptoms as well as depression and anxiety. EMDR is extremely affective in reducing symptoms but can take 6-8 sessions or more in order to complete. I also have training in ERP (Exposure Response Prevention therapy) the gold standard to treat anxiety and OCD.

I believe the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is a powerful vessel for healing and change. I hope therapy can provide safety and be a place where you can come get what you need to grow and heal! I also offer faith-based counseling for those who are interested.
