Certified in EMDR, I employ this technique to help you overcome your emotional struggles that enable you from optimal functioning. EMDR encourages healing our deeply-held beliefs that most often emerge from troubling past experiences. Through processing, irrational beliefs can be addressed and healed. In addition, I have my 200hr yoga teacher certificate.
