I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, and their families, as well as adults. With a client centered approach, I utilize different therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, art therapy techniques, and play therapy techniques to assist clients in learning new skills and reaching their personal therapeutic goals. I provide therapy unique to each individual and seek to make the environment fun, creative, and collaborative. My creative approaches, individualization of treatment, and curious and compassionate approach has helped clients grow and create lasting change in their lives.
I like to meet people where they are at and go from there so therapy really feels like your therapy and you can feel comfortable and safe and as though the space is yours to work through what you need to work through. I use many different modalities and skills so you can have the therapy you need.
Life is hard. It is ok to need help, we all do. You are still strong even if you need help. In fact, reaching out for help is a sign of how strong you are! Yes it's corny, but also true.
