My focus areas include anxiety/depression, work/life balance, maternal mental health, relationship issues, family of origin concerns, grief/loss, and trauma.

My therapeutic approach integrates ACT, insight-oriented, emotion-focused, and feminist perspectives. My aim is to aid you in shifting how you relate to your thoughts and emotions, while adopting a more self-compassionate and mindful inner dialogue. We will explore how your distress is shaped by your social, cultural, and political context.
