Hello! My name is Nicole. I opened Creatality, LLC to support individual and group healing through art therapy and counseling. I aim to offer a creative space for self-reflection to relieve and manage symptoms. I want to support you in regaining the self-worth that is already in you and in finding kindness and a liking for your uniqueness.
I offer an unique experience in therapy that empowers you to express, share, and reflect on yourself. I counsel from a Dialect and Cognitive Behavioral perspective and incorporate Art Therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems theories into our sessions. I support both talk therapy and art therapy as sources of healing.
As a Credentialed Art Therapist, I utilize the creative process to reflect on challenges and acknowledge, perspective take, and evolve into moving through issues with ease. You do not need to be an artist to engage in art therapy. I only ask that you open your mind to being creative in ways of thinking and expressing.
