I enjoy working with teenagers, adults, families, couples, and groups. I hold certification in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, a specialized treatment program designed to address the effects of traumatic experiences through a trauma-sensitive approach. Additionally, I have received training in the Gottman method, an approach to couples therapy.
