I am a licensed professional counselor and registered art therapist who works via telehealth. I have been in the field for approximately 5 years with experience working with adults who struggle in all areas of life. Whether it be anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, etc. I am here to help you work through anything you may be going through.
I utilize creative outlets including art based directives as a means of self-expression when sometimes words are not enough. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help in managing those racing thoughts, and trauma focused interventions including Brief Solution Oriented Trauma Resolution (BSOTR).
