I also provide individual therapy to help you with issues including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, grief, self-harm, behavior issues, relationship issues, and life stage issues.

I've been in private practice since 2014 and was at a general mental health clinic for 3 years prior. I use a blend of education and traditional therapies, including CBT, to assist clients in creating the change they wish to see for themselves.
