Do you struggle with an unhealthy relationship with food, body image, or disordered eating patterns? My ideal clients are individuals who feel trapped by cycles of chronic dieting, restriction, binge eating, or constant body dissatisfaction. Whether you’re battling anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, or negative self-esteem related to body image, I am here to help you break free from these harmful patterns.
Using evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Intuitive Eating, I help clients cultivate a healthy, compassionate relationship with their bodies and food. Together, we’ll explore the deeper emotional needs driving your eating behaviors and work toward self-acceptance, balance, and a more peaceful life.
If you’re ready to regain control, heal from within, and embrace a body-positive mindset, let’s work together to achieve your goals. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Recovery is possible, and I’m committed to guiding you every step of the way.
