I work with individuals struggling with issues of self-worth, either shame or grandiosity; couples needing help to restore their communication, dealing with codependency and navigating non monogamous life; and I specialize in working with men seeking to develop a healthier relationship to their masculinity. I am offering you supportive, non judgmental yet direct and clear feedback on what you are thinking and doing that keeps you from moving forward. Changing the way we engage with our thoughts and feelings requires self-awareness, education, and support. You don't have to do this alone!
My approach is relational and somatic. While my work with clients is first informed by their past, I focus on learning skills to help change in the present moment. We will use mindfulness and body awareness tools, hypnosis and visualisation and role play. My work is grounded, confrontational, and playful.
Originally from Belgium, I have travelled the world exploring embodied spirituality. I experienced first-hand how body and mind can either support or attack each other and how their integration brings about a new sense of agency over our life.
