With more than a decade of experience working with couples and families I focus primarily on relationship dynamics including marital enrichment, conflict resolution, parenting skills and behavioral problems. Additionally, I work with a broad range of mental health related concerns including anxiety, stress management, depression, grief, trauma, and various comorbidities.
Continued research and education in the most empirically validated treatment models has given me an effective foundation for successfully helping clients navigate through some of their most challenging concerns.
