Men's Recovery Process Group
**NEW GROUP STARTING - MAY, 2024** This group meets weekly and provides space for men needing support to maintain sobriety from pornography, masturbation, sexual shame and other unwanted behaviors. Each man has a choice of material he would like to work through while being apart of the group: Gentle Path, Facing the Shadows, Recovery Zone, Voice of the Heart, or a recovery book from our library. Each week, two men have the opportunity to share on their specific recovery work they've completed and receive feedback from the group. **REACH OUT TO BE PLACED ON OUR LIST FOR FEB. & APRIL, 2024 GROUPS** Are you ready to be free from your unwanted sexual behaviors? Each group takes through an in-depth look at your story and how you came to struggle with pornography, sexual shame, and battling other unwanted behaviors. It's an invitation to bravely and honestly ask: "How did I get here? Why do I stay? How do I get out?" This is a 20-week invitation to unpack, understand, and truly experience honesty and honoring in what you've lived. Are ready to start your journey?

NEW GROUP STARTING - MAY, 2024: This is a 12-week group for men, limited to six men each group, who are looking for useful tools and support to assist them in their active recovery from pornography, masturbation, unwanted sexual behaviors, and sexual shame. Each week, men are encouraged to complete an activity that looks at their particular story surrounding their behaviors, thinking and the emotions connected to their particular acting out: A Time Line of Your Sexual History; A Powerlessness List; Three Circles Recovery Plan; Slip/Relapse Plan; 'When things get crazy' Plan; Trauma Story, just to name a few.
