I'm an Imago Relationship Therapist, with training in several other modalities. I believe that when viewed as a stimulus for growth, conflict is transformational. There is something for you both to learn in what's happening between you, and I'd like to help you discover what that is.
You each "speak your own language" in your relationship, and that is sometimes confusing! I will share an approach to communication in which curiosity replaces criticism, thus allowing you to feel safe to learn & grow together. In our sessions, you can expect an atmosphere of respect, where gaining deeper understanding and support is emphasized.
