We are a nonprofit counseling center dedicated to providing excellent therapy for adults, teens, children, couples and families. Our diverse staff can help you with a wide variety of issues, such as: depression and anxiety, emotion regulation, coping with illness, ADHD, grief, stage of life changes, couples and relationship issues, gender identity and sexuality concerns. Our affordable fees are based on your income and if you are paying out of pocket we offer a need-based sliding scale to help you make weekly therapy a reality. Plus we accept Medi-Cal with no co-payment!
We have a diverse staff of counselors. We can find the right therapist for you. Whether you want quick solutions or in-depth self-reflection, we can help. Our staff uses mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, Hakomi, Somatics, psychodynamic, person-centered, and many other therapeutic orientations to find the right fit for you. All of our care is trauma-informed.
The best therapy depends upon finding a therapist that is a good match for you. We can match you with a counselor that meets your preference requests. Just indicate what you are looking for and we will set you up with a screening call. You can then decide if you want to proceed with scheduling a session.
