I’m Amber, I am an Olympic Peninsula-based, trauma focused creative arts therapist. I work with adults and couples impacted by depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and traumatic life experiences. In my sessions, I support my clients in stabilizing symptoms, guide them through the process of self development and understanding their emotions, and collaborate to help them envision a life that brings them joy, creativity, and connection.
As an individual therapist, I use a psychodynamic, somatic approach to care. My style is warm and engaging, creative, and trauma-focused.
