I have been serving the Treasure Valley since 2008 and have a wide breadth of knowledge and experience with issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, interpersonal and self-worth issues. I specialize in trauma therapy and utilize EMDR, CBT techniques as well as Gottman, solutions-focused and person-centered therapy approaches.
