I am a Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience in helping individuals who have anxiety, depression and PTSD. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults and parents of adolescents. I have extensive experience in working with military families, life transitions, works stressors, LGBTQIA+ adolescents/adults and helping parents with behaviorally complex adolescents. I am currently offering individual therapy sessions and child and parent family session. Individual therapy sessions can occur via insurance or self pay and family therapy sessions are self pay only.
I adapt my sessions to the individual and their needs. In this support and guidance, I use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.
If you are new to therapy or naturally hesitant in starting, please inquire on my free 15 minute phone meeting. This meeting will give us the opportunity to explore compatibility and I can answer any questions you might have. I understand that starting therapy can be difficult and t his meeting does not require you to schedule an intake afterwards.
