I enjoy providing individuals and families concrete evidence-based tools that they can take with them, and incorporate in their lives long after their participation in therapeutic services.
I specialize in treating eating disorders, substance use, mood disorders, body image, relational problems, OCD, end-of-life issues, and trauma. I work with adolescents, adults and provide family therapy services based on your values. I believe in cultural humility and love to work with a diverse background of individuals and families.
